Throughout our time together, you will be gently guided through a series of heart-centred practices designed to help you create space for new possibilities.

We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine traditionally used in many cultures to encourage presence, gratitude and heart-centred connection. As you slowly enjoy your cacao, you’ll be guided into meditation and intention setting.
