Cancellation Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Love & Light Loughborough, your wellbeing comes first. To ensure everyone has access to care, please note the following:

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours' notice so I can offer your space to someone else.
Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee (50–100% of session cost). Each case will be handled with understanding.
No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment.
Late Arrivals: I’ll do my best to give you your full session, but your time may be shortened to respect others. Full fee still applies.
Compassion & Understanding: Life happens, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll always respond with care.
