New Moon Soundbath at The Generator Loughborough
Join us for an evening of relaxation, reflection, and deep rest as we gather under the energy of the New Moon.
In a world that often feels busy and overwhelming, this is your invitation to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with yourself.
Arrive 10 minutes before the session begins and enjoy a complimentary herbal tea as you settle into the beautiful surroundings of The Generator. This allows you to leave the outside world behind and prepare for an hour dedicated entirely to your wellbeing.
From 7 pm - 8 pm, you will be guided through sound healing using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and more. As the soothing vibrations fill the space, you will be invited to simply lie back, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to carry you into a state of deep relaxation.
