Join us for a Self Care Sunday evening of relaxation, reflection, and deep rest.

In a world that often feels busy and overwhelming, this is your invitation to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with yourself.

Please arrive from 5:45 pm to enjoy a complimentary herbal tea as you settle into the beautiful surroundings of The Generator. This gentle arrival time allows you to leave the outside world behind and prepare for an hour dedicated entirely to your wellbeing. Please arrive no later than 5:55 pm so we can begin the session promptly at 6:00 pm.

From 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, you will be guided through a deeply relaxing sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and other therapeutic instruments. As the soothing vibrations fill the space, simply lie back, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to…
