Welcome to Wellness is a full-day retreat designed to give you the space to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself, surrounded by like-minded people. Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a beautiful mix of movement, mindfulness, crystals, reflection, nourishment, sound and connection, with each experience thoughtfully chosen to help you leave feeling grounded, restored and inspired.
