A crystal healing session is a deeply soothing and restorative experience that begins with a gentle consultation, allowing space to connect, understand your needs, and set intentions for the healing. This ensures your session is fully aligned with what you are feeling emotionally, physically, and energetically. Carefully selected crystals are then placed on and around the body, working with their natural frequencies to support balance, clarity, and energetic flow. Each crystal carries its own unique vibration, helping to gently release stagnant energy, soothe the nervous system, and restore harmony within the body’s energy centres. As you relax, the crystals work intuitively to support emotional release, grounding, and renewal. This session offers a peaceful sanctuary to reconnect with yourself, feel held, and allow your energy to rebalance naturally.
Cancellation Policy
At Love & Light Loughborough, your wellbeing comes first. To ensure everyone has access to care, please note the following: Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer your space to someone else. Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee (50-100% of session cost). Each case will be handled with understanding. No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment. Late Arrivals: I’ll do my best to give you your full session, but your time may be shortened to respect others. Full fee still applies. Compassion & Understanding: Life happens, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll always respond with care.
